Due to some technical difficulties, the app may forget that it has been unlocked and may need to be unlocked again. TO FIX THIS ERROR: Click on the “restore” button on the game and it will unlock again. If your version of the game does not have a “restore” button, use the “Buy” button. You will NOT be charged twice because Apple remembers your previous purchases.
Our In-App purchase option is designed in a way to keep your children from accidentally purchasing the app if he/she accidentally presses the button or tries to unlock it. So there is no way that the child, by accident, unlocks the game. There is no virtual money or similar method to charge over and over again. This is also done so that you may try the game for free before making a purchase. If you don’t like it, won’t cost you anything.

We support several devices and sometimes it can be that your game crashes. Please send us a message and tell us which device you have and what you do when the game crashes. With this information we can find the problem, fix it and soon can upload a new version of the game.
